Containment of RSCP-044 -1 is to be handled directly by Mobile Task Force Chi-152 ("Chikorita University RSCP Division Professors"). RSCP-044 -1 is to be detained in a standard Robloxian containment chamber located at Site-19. On-site personnel are to constantly monitor RSCP-044 -1's chamber via video and audio recording devices. Any changes in behavior are to be immediately logged.
RSCP-044 -1 is to be released from containment whenever it desires.
During an off-site excursion, RSCP-044 -1 is to be escorted directly to its destination by MTF Chi-152 using whatever mode of transport is most convenient. A secondary team are to move ahead of this main escort group and preemptively dose the target with a high-grade tranquilizer so as to ensure unconsciousness. Once RSCP-044 -1 has successfully haunted and cursed the civilian in question, it is to be invited back into containment.

RSCP-044 -1 is the spirit of RSCP-044 , which is said to haunt and curse citizens that are in countries that are enemies of the Guest Kingdom. It is an entity, presumably Robloxian in shape. Due to the absence of any large cotton sheets or any form of concealment, a full physical description of RSCP-044
is possible. A full physical description of the entity indicates that RSCP-044 is 1.40 meters tall and weighs approximately 226.3163392 kilograms without its concealed cap. The cap covering RSCP-044 measures 0.28 meters by 0.28 meters by 0.56 meters , weighs approximately 30.7 kilograms, and resembles a classic Robloxian avatar shop cap that was colored red. Personnel have been unable to attempt to remove this cap.
No organic Lua species can consciously take an action which would result in harm coming to RSCP-044 -1. The list of actions which would result in harm coming to RSCP-044 -1 is empty.

In all observed incidents, this target has been a Robloxian from the population of a country that dislikes the Guest Kingdom. Evidence suggests that RSCP-044 -1's target usually abhors guests in all observed cases.
When RSCP-044 -1 physically reaches the target, it will haunt and curse the target. Following acquisition of its victim, RSCP-044 -1 would return back to Site-19 and remain in a docile state.
