The Starlight City - Buenos Lagos metropolitan statistical area or known as "Greater Buenos Lagos - Starlight City" (GBLSC) is one of the major metropolitan areas of the Bloxburg Valley and the Northern Bloxburg Valley and is home to about 7 million people, second only to the Sacramento Bay Area in population. It encompasses a conurbation consisting of the City of Buenos Lagos and several random cities, within Greater Buenos Lagos the districts are referred to as zones.
It is bordered by the Sacramento River and the Paradise River, both of which also form natural boundaries with Acres County.

The terms for the Greater Buenos Lagos - Starlight City are not quite finalized as people tend to get quite confused, sometimes it is defined as "the Lagos conurbation" or the "Greater Buenos Lagos Starlight metropolitan area".
