Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-085-1 and 085-2 are to be not contained, but hidden. No roads, infrastructure, camp sites, or any sort of buildings or human presence are to be built or established within a 4 mile radius of RSCP-085-1. A fence has been installed around RSCP-085-1 to prevent any more instances from being created.
Every 50 minutes, an EMP is to be sent out across a 2 mile radius to prevent anybody from taking photos, videos, or other media about RSCP-085-1, to prevent publicity about it. If RSCP-051-1 is leaked, then a cover story regarding it is to be created, detailing that the structures were created when the National Park was created as a type of modern 70s style yurt and that the instances of RSCP-085-2 fighting to death are the result of hikers being affected by a dangerous fungi that causes delirium that grows within RSCP-085-1 and around it, thus the fence.

Description
RSCP-085-1 is a large forest clearing in the middle of [REDACTED] National Park. It is mostly not anomalous, however upon a person entering a 200x200 stud invisible perimeter in the center, the person will become RSCP-085-2. 085-2 will not be capable of leaving the 50x50 perimeter. Any instances of 085-2 will equip a weapon out of literal nothingness and start fighting other instances of 085-2 that have been trapped inside. 085-2 instances will fight to the death and will not stop until there is only one instance left. 085-1 also composes of 2 abstract structures, which are within the invisible perimeter. These structures have working LED lights in the interior. They do not seem to turn off and do not run out of electricity, and the weapons along with weapons from the outside seem to do no damage to the lights or RSCP-085-2.
The LED lights in RSCP-085-1 have been examined by RSCP:F drones and there is no apparent power source.
RSCP-085-2 instances have a 50% of respawning and changing gears. Some gears that have been recorded by the Foundation was a sword, a pistol, and a pitchfork. A ninja star was found, however after being thrown, it disappeared after a few seconds of it landing in a brick wall. The origin of RSCP-085-1 is unknown. However, the concrete which RSCP-085-1's structures are made out of was collected by a drone that somehow returned to base despite the other drones being stuck inside. The sample was taken to a lab and a test was conducted; the concrete was mixed about 3 years prior at the time RSCP-085-1 was discovered. This means that if the lab results are accurate, RSCP-085-1 materialized or was constructed in 1980.
