Winnie was born in 1926.
He married Elizabeth Noob, a Robloxian woman of the same ethnicity born in 1961, on May 13, 1983; they had been dating for 2 years.
Because his wife could not have children, he never had biological children but did adopt them: In 1999, they adopted Eliz Noob, a 14-year-old boy; in 2002, Anna Noob, a 12-year-old girl; and in 2006 Pablo Noob, a 14-year-old boy.

University education
From a young age, Nooby dreamed of being a painter and going to university, but that changed at age 16, when he decided to become a lawyer.
His mother, stepfather, and two brothers supported him in being a lawyer; his stepfather paid for his university education.
In 1976, he entered the Robloxia D.C. Private General University (GPURDC) thanks to his stepfather's tuition. He studied general law at that university. In 1980, he graduated, but his studies did not end there as Nooby completed a master's degree in criminal law, paid for by his stepfather and mother, where he obtained his second degree and his first postgraduate degree. After that, he did not pursue any further degrees in order to dedicate himself to his work.
