Description:
RSCP-071, also known as the Freno alien, is a cryptid that has made two appearances so far, one in Freno, Bloxburg Valley and the other in Sierra Bloxvada National Park, also in Bloxburg Valley. In both sightings, RSCP-071 is only seen in video footage. However, a man in Eurobloxia has also claimed to have seen RSCP-071.
RSCP-071 has been spotted in the Sierra Bloxvada where footage was taken from what appears to be another security camera. This time there are two RSCP-071 instances, one being very small (less than .5 meters or 1.79 studs), and the feet of RSCP-071 instances can be clearly seen. As well as what appears to be some sort of webbing connected from the knees to the upper body on at least.
RSCP-071 has also been videotaped in Eurobloxia, this time from what appears to be a handheld camera judging from the shakiness of the footage. The creature cannot be seen for too long but appears to have similar traits to the larger one taped in Sierra Bloxvada.
RSCP-071 appear to be relatively short creatures (approx. 1.5 meters or 5.4 studs) with most of their height being made up of their legs as they possess an extremely small upper body. It is hard to find details in the upper body of the cryptid due to the poor quality of the footage. It is an extremely thin, white humanoid with no discernible arms. A larger specimen appears to have webbing connected from each knee to the torso. The cryptids appear to have very short, thin, and stilt-like feet. It is hard to judge the exact characteristics of the cryptids in the footage due to poor quality.
While there have been claims that they are a part of Native Bloxmerican folklore in the region, this has been debunked.
RSCP-071 was classified "unexplainable", a "fun urban legend", and an "endearing addition to pop culture" on media.
Addendum 071-1: Explanations
RSCP-071 appears to be an alien or extraterrestrial being.

Addendum 071-2: Message from R5-██
We found out that RSCP-071 is actually a pair of white pants being controlled by a puppeteer; therefore, RSCP-071 does not exist. D-class personnel today sent a video of D-████ walking down an alleyway with a melon. D-████ prior to this used manipulation to remove the top half of his body. It appeared that his purpose was to demonstrate how easily videos of RSCPs can be falsified, but it appears his secondary purpose was to demonstrate how easily RSCPs can be busted.
