Free Citizens are citizens on Robloxia that do not have Robux or Premium. The majority of Robloxians are visiting for free (a vast majority of them being young children). These Robloxians either do not spend money on Robloxia, cannot afford Premium or get a Robux-paying job, or in some cases, is not allowed to get a Robux-paying job. This reason is mostly common across Robloxians who are young children in which they have parents that would rather spend their money on other things. From 2008 to 2017, free Robloxians would become citizens of the Guest Kingdom and then immigrate to Robloxia, since some Robloxian parents do not want their Robloxian to become a Robloxian citizen, mostly due to their fear of the country as a whole. Some Robloxian parents even believe Robloxia is a country with high children predation rates.
