Special Containment Procedures

Locked in a small office room, RSCP-015 is to be specially contained inside without exit or any items. If RSCP-015 attempts to breach, a tesla beam is to be activated.

Description for RSCP-015

Hello. Nice to have you again.

This article is just for YOUR eyes only.

You thought you could get away with it, huh?

Think again, RSCP-015.

Description for personnel

RSCP-015 is a Robloxian male who has repeatedly broke into Foundation anomaly logs, articles, and others without authorization. RSCP-015 has somewhat gotten a Level-Omni keycard to access any sort of information. Its abilities are the following; No effect from RSCP-006's kill agent, can access any Foundation article, can change Foundation articles, and much more. RSCP-015 keeps on saying "What are you talking about? Why did you break into my house, and RSCP is not real! That is a video game, idiot!"

RSCP-015 has repetitively said this. It is possible that RSCP-015 comes from another dimension where Roblox is a video game, or one where the Foundation is a video game.

Addendum:

Addendum 1:

It appears that RSCP-015 breached special containment procedures as of July 14, 2021 6:48:15 PM. The anti-breach defenses of Site-14 have failed to properly tesla beam RSCP-015. Security footage from RSCP divulged that it successfully and repeatedly terrorized Adopt Me! ( though the city itself was intact, the database was hacked ). The database contained the following during the database hack:

"It[Adopt Me!] deserves no citizens for no absolute reason."

"This is a trolling message.",

"Adopt me teaches Robloxians to scam. Just search 'How to scam Robloxians in adopt me', and if you want a good tutorial look for the 4 year old kids on BloxTube Channels!"

"Another reason for it[Adopt Me!] to be hated on for no reason."

"You have been distracted. :)"

"Susyssya bakak!!1!!1! - every adopt me citizen"

As of this addendum, he is currently being chased by RSCP-016.

Addendum 2

RSCP-015 continues to terrorize the database of Robloxia. As of July 17, 2021, 10:14:37 PM, it has been revealed that RSCP-015 has hacked the database of Jailbreak City. 34 minutes and 17 seconds later, the RSCP Foundation warned that the database of Robloxia might be entirely hacked.

Addendum 3

RSCP-015 was finally caught by RSCP-016. Because Site-14 had defective tesla beaming, RSCP-016 sent RSCP-015 to the next available site with reliable tesla beaming.
