Jimmu (1629 - August 23, 1681) was a Korbloxian warlord, commander and military governor of Bloxington Island (1667-1672) and South Bloxia (1672-1681), who is known primarily for his tyrannical rule and for causing a war between Korbloxians and the Brookhaven-Redcliffs alliance, called the Jimmu's War after him.
Jimmu was born on Bloxington Island in 1629 as the second son of Korblox III. In 1667, at the age of 38, he became military governor of the island where he was born. Five years later, the new king and Jimmu's brother, Korblox IV, ordered him to be transferred to South Bloxia, where he ruled until his death. He traded with Nabes and ordered an expedition to Oceania.
In 1679, Queen Isla I of Redcliffs, fell in love with Jimmu. She wanted to marry him and share control of South Bloxia and North Bloxia, where Redcliffs was located. However, Jimmu lured Isla to a secret tomb. He then put her to sleep, stripped her, and then set her on fire.
Jimmu's war and death
Isla I's brother, Termen XVII, gathered a huge army in December 1679 and marched to meet Eric Lamenage-Potts, Isla's son, at Redcliffs. Thus the war began in January 1680. Few weeks later, Jimmu fled the battlefield in Sweet Town. He then attacked Zakizk. After he lost the battle, he retreated to Roregon and sailed south to South Bloxia, from where he resumed operations as its military governor.
Over the next year, Jimmu lost three battles and won one. He fled from Termen's army and went into hiding until June 1681, when he was besieged in his fortress. He attempted to defend himself for two months, but realized that Korblox IV did not like him and that relief would not come. On August 23, 1681, Jimmu committed suicide by shooting himself in the chest with a flintlock pistol. His fortress surrendered 12 days later. Jimmu's body was then beheaded and shot five times (once for every battle he lost). His arms and legs were broken and his headless corpse was hanged at the fortress gates. His head was given to Isla's grandson, John I, who participated in the expedition.
