Penguins, also known as "Humanoid walking Penguin," "HWP," or "Pululu", are a race that originated from the Penguin Range. Their body consists of a fat, bulbous body with Robloxian-like limbs. Before they evolved to short humanlike limbs, they had fins with hands and birdlike legs. Penguins are confirmed to be actual penguins (animals) with a side of Robloxian genetics. Despite their look, they made technology caches called the pula-yucha to make supernatural suits that were centuries ahead of their time in order to have a normal Robloxian life.
Pula Yucha is also the name of a famous Penguin Range Emperor who was assassinated before he could carry out his plans to take over Roblox; his plans were kept clandestine and were identified by Penguins to be their technology. Despite that, they were able to take over Slendernawa. After the collapse of the Penguin Range Republic in 1901, Penguins hid the pula-yucha technology and caches in Pula Island, Penguin Range (now UXXR), in a reinforced bunker 40 ft below the island so no empire could take over Roblox or even the larger Robloxian universe that they inhabit. This has led to some Robloxians speculating that the Penguin Range could remain in the Robloxian universe indefinitely. as stability in the Xenonist Union came back to normal, they re-opened the bunker in 1955 for tourism purposes but only the ministry of reverse engineering pula yucha caches could access it.

They evolved from a group of aquatic flightless birds from the family Spheniscidae of the order Sphenisciformes. Because of this, some Robloxian scientists argue that they might be separate species from Robloxians. Most sub-races traditionally live almost exclusively in the Southern Hemisphere: only one sub-race, the Ro-Galapablox sub-race, is traditionally found north of the Equator. They are highly adapted for life in the ocean water; they have counter shaded dark and white plumage and flippers for swimming. Their skin or fur colors can be maroon, yellow, blue, or green, though sometimes, although it is legendarily rare, that a Penguin will be born with a medium stone-grey skin and fur.
Most races feed on what Robloxians eat: vegetables, and meat, but what they can eat, unlike Robloxians, are carbon fiber, plutonium, or radium which they catch with their bills and swallow whole while swimming: only one sub-race, the Pure sub-race, feeds on krill, fish, squid, or other forms of sea life. Their eye color is black. Penguins have evolved to have a spiny tongue and powerful jaws to grip slippery prey even though they evolved like Robloxians. Penguins appear to wear garments, even if they do not have a garment on.
Fun Facts
After being forced to eat plutonium, radium, most Penguins survived. Those Penguins became known as radiation and radiation tolerant and eventually grew to occupy the majority of the Penguin race. Now Robloxians give them 1 million Robux for every nuclear wasteland they cleaned up.
Penguins from UXXR and RPT eat up to 80-110 liters of ice cream per year.
The legs and wings of the penguins are so small that the Penguins made technology to make the penguins able to walk like a normal Robloxian. It was also armor for the citizens of TPR.
Later, after finding out that they are flightless, Penguins invented technology that can make them fly which made them go easily to the places they want to go to fast without worrying about speed, traffic, being late, and asking for directions. The Frequent Flier sub-race was created for Penguins who use this technology so frequently that they simply refuse to toboggan. The Frequent Toboggan sub-race was created for Penguins who toboggan so much that they simply refuse to fly.
To move, the Penguin race either waddle on their feet, slide on their bellies across the snow while using their feet to propel and steer themselves, a movement called 'tobogganing', or (as in the sub-racial case of Frequent Fliers) fly.
The largest sub-race is known as the Emperor sub-race. Some Half Emperor Sub-Race and Half Robloxians like Zanosalo look like normal Robloxians except they have penguin feet.
The sub-race that is second to the Emperor sub-race in terms of organizational hierarchy is the Maroon Fur with Gold Belly race, though the Medium Stone Grey Fur sub-race is competing for this position.
The smallest race is known as the Pululu.
The Gentlo is considered as fast as the fastest underwater birds in Roblox. They are capable of reaching speeds up to 36 km (about 22 miles) per hour or approximately 35.71 studs per second while searching for food or escaping from enemies.
40% of penguins can go anywhere without worrying about a plane or a vehicle.

Life cycle
Hatching
Chicks emerge from eggs from 35-66 days after incubation.
For Maroon fur and gold belly, they emerge from their eggs from 22-46 days after incubation.
Emperor penguin chicks use their shell as their protection since their shell, thanks to Penguin technology, made it stronger than titanium.
Guarding
One parent stays with the chick while the other goes to stores for food. The Pure race chooses to forage for food rather than going to stores for food.
Creching (legendarily and rarely called Crashing)
Chicks form groups with other chicks for protection and warmth.
Molting
Chicks shed their fluffy down and grow waterproof feathers.
Maturing
Penguins reach sexual maturity at different ages depending on the sub-race.
Migrating
Some penguins travel long distances to find stations or homes to rent or buy or either big space for buildings, bunkers, and factories to get a job. The Pure race chooses to migrate to find food or breeding grounds. The Compromise race tries to balance this and may hire guards to keep the breeding grounds safe.

Immigrant Relations with Robloxia

On February 18, 1913, months after the second penguinian wars. the Robloxian government opened up immigration from the separated Penguinian countries such as UXXR and CSSR to Robloxia and vice versa. Passports to the two penguinian countries under the Robloxia-UXXR and the Robloxia-CSSR End Immigrant Passport can be purchased for 300 Robux, which is 210 XU yando or 240 CU yando. after 6 years it will be renewed for 270 robux which is 180 XU yando or 210 CU yando
Upon encountering an immigrant, both CSSR and UXXR would welcome the Robloxian by giving them a lower body of a penguin. To adhere with the optional dress code for immigrants, they must wear this before putting on their clothing.
On May 5th, 2022, the UXXR changed the optional dress code so that immigrants cannot wear classical Robloxian clothing. This, despite being optional, had caused uproar and the Xenonist Parliment voted to remove the requirement next day.
Immigration from The entirety of Penguinia to Robloxia:
Since the opening of immigration, thousands of Robloxians and The CSSR and UXXR citizens have immigrated to UXXR, CSSR, and Robloxia. The Penguin immigration has been praised by the country of Robloxia's citizens. In honor of the race, the Robloxian government created a hat called Tokyokhaos, sub-Race Penguin Hat and sold it in duty-free avatar shops; as such, many immigrants from UXXR and CSSR wear it to complete their look. One time, Mrfilmflam on BloxTube satirically said that his friend, Cleetus, is obese because he was born from a Penguin Range mother and a Robloxian father. This was the only Robloxian criticism post-2006 targeted against The Penguins from UXXR and CSSR, but inspired Robloxians to find out if they can make their newborns obese from birth too by having sex with any penguin from UXXR and CSSR's mother or father (though having sex in areas open to the public is illegal in Robloxia according to the Robloxian Constitution).
In 2025, the USR is tried to establish an immigration relation with the Republic of Penguipanese Territories. but later failed after Penguipan got couped by a pro-CORPU general and was annexed by UXXR

The RSCP Theory
The RSCP Theory of Penguins states that Penguins are RSCPs. They believe they are intelligent skinwalkers who forgot how to shapeshift and their last animal being shapeshifted were the penguins, but they have feelings and morals too since they have their own religion
