"So, uuh, when are we hitting her?" SWAT Agent 01 in Briefing
SWAT Agent 01 is a SWAT Agent based off Brookhaven. He is relatively a newbie compared to other SWAT Agents and is inseparable from SWAT Agent 02. They are both comrades and attended SWAT candidate school together.
Background
Like other Insurgency SWAT operatives, James Smith was recruited by unknown means by a singular individual to operate in law enforcement, feeding special information to the Insurgency. His current rank is field agent and is part of the Special Forces category.
Operations
Attempted Murder of Sapphire
When SWAT Agent 01's group was chosen for the assassination, the group refused to kill the furry on 'ethical' grounds. This is the only report of ethical arguments from an Insurgency licenced SWAT team.
However, due to the escalation of the ethical argument, they went to Division GLOBAL-FAH who request them to 'retire' the Administrators and ensure a clear line is drawn.

SWAT Agent 01 uses an M4 Carbine and M67 grenades.
In The Insurgency
SWAT Agent 01 is seen with Pheonix in a Cinematic Cutscene where he talks about what he knows about AndroidTan, specifically "the Coalition Director that fell for the furry"
Cinematic "The Six"
Pheonix was in a briefing room, where he stares at the screen of the file he recovered from the RSCP Foundation site, consisting of the R5-6's Personal Dossier. SWAT Agent 01 enters the room.Pheonix turn to 01, before answering.[SWAT Agent 01]: "You called for me?"
01 takes a seat on a chair[Pheonix]: "Yes, take a seat. I got some questions."
Pheonix shows 01 the dossier.[SWAT Agent 01]: "What do you need?"
01 was surprised as he recieved the dossier[Pheonix]: "I believe you know this man from Tan Industries. Right?"
Pheonix nods before replying.[SWAT Agent 01]: "That's AndroidTan, the senior directorate at Tan Industries' Robotics Division. He's the new R5?"
Agent 01 gives the dossier back[Pheonix]: "It isn't a surprise, remember that Global Furry Agency Headquarters thing? There were two founders, he was one of them and the other one gave ownership to him."
Pheonix then said, showing an image of the United Arab Emiratopia Tower, one of Global Furry Agency Headquarters' UAE Sites.[SWAT Agent 01]: "How do you wish for us to proceed?"
Agent 01 looks at the image, before Pheonix then said.[Pheonix]: "We attack the most notable. The Spearsword Tower, one of the Tan family's heirloom buildings. Once Tan Industries' Production Tower later became a Global Furry Agency Headquarters site."
Pheonix left the room, leaving Agent 01 realizing the weight of the situ[Pheonix]: "I'll leave you to prepare, Agent 01."
