Parscari (archaically: Bassicarri) is a dialect of the Arraian language spoken primarily in the Federal Republic of Arrandaí. It belongs to the Paigo branch of the Arraian language family and is one of the major dialects of Hell Arraian. Parscari is spoken by approximately 24.5% of Arrandai's population, representing around 167,383 speakers as of 2026. Due to its large speaker base and cultural influence, it is considered one of the most prominent dialects of the Arraian language and plays a significant role in regional media, literature, and everyday communication throughout Arrandai.
