Caland IV (March 8, 1396 - May 29, 1454) was the last Bloxyzantine emperor from 1434 until his death in the battle in 1453. He died charging at the Chick during the fall of Ro-Istanbul.

Caland IV was born to emperor Caland III in around March 1396 at a medieval castle in the middle of the Ro-Istanbul mountains. The exact date for Caland IV's birth still remains unknown. His hobby when he was a teen was probably about riding horses, training for battle and pretending to be a co-emperor to his father, Caland III.

At around 17 years old, he became a knight for Bloxyzantine Empire. He trained hard to try to be the best knight in the empire.

"If you train hard enough and didn't give up, you will conquer victory soon." Caland IV, written in 1417.

He got wounded in his first battle when serving under his distant relative, John Pans-Angelos. He got a promotion after another battle as he trained hard and tried not to get wounded in his next battles.

Emperor of Bloxyzantine Empire

In July 13, 1434, news reached to present-day Romarkia that emperor Caland III died to a stroke. He sailed by sea to Bloxyzantine Empire and when he arrived, citizens cheered and he was crowned the Bloxyzantine emperor. During his time as the emperor, he was sometimes referred to as "The Senior Knight" due to his service as a knight. In 1446, tensions were rising with the Ottoblox Empire. He sent a messenger to Romed I, the Sultan of the Ottoblox Empire. The messenger told Romed I that he must prepare for war just in case. The rival ruler is already preparing for potential war.

Fall of Ro-Istanbul and death

In 1452, tensions were so high that Sultan Romed II declared war on the empire. After nearly months of bloodshed and fighting, the final battle took place on May 29, 1453. Caland's brother, Prince Alfard, was slain moments before the sun settled during the siege. Caland IV wrote his final letter to his exiled son, Prince Caham, and ordered Genoans to transport it and give it to Caham who was in Bloxland at a time. He then refused to flee the city with them.

He then delivered a solemn speech to his army, after which he laid aside his imperial insignia and rode on horseback to one of the gates, where he died charging at the Chicks. Some Muslim sources claim his head was cut off and sent to Romed II.
