Dr William Allan (Full Name: William J. Allan), is a researcher who works in the Manther Research Institution. He was one of the top scientists in the said institution.
He is not a person to mingle around with, since he is serious in work and does not tolerate annoyance.
Some people question why he wears a gas mask. The actual reason is because he is scared of people questioning his looks, but he prefers to say that he is sensitive to smell.
If Dr William Allan had no gas mask, he usually tries to cover his face by some other way. A photograph of Dr William Allan without his mask is yet to be found.

William's Past
William was born in Davison, Wisconsin on September 6, 1987.
1996
He was enrolled to Davison Elementary, and he was picked on due to him looking "too smart for even the teacher to see", which resulted into him wearing a gas mask to hide his face for the first time.
Even if he got a chance to tell a teacher, he did not dare to do it.
2008
He started to work at Manther Research Institution, with him being an intern for his supervisor, and yet he still got picked by other employees for him getting to be a supervisor's intern based on appearance, which caused him to wear a gas mask to avoid people from seeing his face.
2010
He was promoted to head researcher for a project made by Manther Research.
2012
He was one of the researchers who did not report to work during the 2012 Manther Research Laboratory Raid due to him being sick that day.
