"The Joint GFA-RSCP Modular Containment Site; where Division GLOBAL-FAH and RSCP foundation works together for the containment of several RSCP anomalies."
The Joint GFA-RSCP Modular Containment Site (abbreviated as MCS) was a large RSCP Foundation facility built to accommodate hundreds of different RSCP objects after several catastrophic attacks on Foundation facilities by hostile-GoI, D.O.R. Originally a storage facility, it was transformed into a site under the direction of respected Agency Council Member and secret D.O.R agent, Council Member Nicholas Wilson, codenamed "Night Wolf".
In 2035; after the modular site was required to contain hundreds of RSCP objects after a coordinated attacks on multiple RSCP Foundation sites, Night Wolf organized a mass containment breach with the assistance of a insider and two RSCPs, which led to dozens of RSCPs were released, with many casualties resulting from it. Many personnel survived the event in the facility, most left early or was utilizing several Archon-RSCPs.
Description
The Modular Site was restructured by Global Furry Council Member "Night Wolf" under the Modular Site Project with the (unexpected and unanimous agreement) RSCP Foundation's Engineering and Technical Service Department, which led to the site being transformed from a small storage facility to a large but "moderately"-flawed facility. The facility is divided into three containment zones, Light Containment Zone, Heavy Containment Zone and the Entrance Zone.
Light Containment is to hold RSCPs which are mostly either of the Safe class or Euclid class, Safe class RSCPs do not mean they do not pose any threat but that they can be contained extremely easily. Euclid class RSCPs do pose danger but are moderate in difficulty to contain, Light Containment Zone is mostly made of presumably concrete alongside other materials, the containment chambers of various RSCP's are located there.
Heavy Containment Zone is for RSCPs that are either Euclid or Keter, the walls and floor of the HCZ is mostly made of metal, HCZ holds various dangerous RSCP. The Site is described by several RSCP personnel as "ridiculously large that it almost feels like a maze".

Incident
The Modular Site Incident (Pre-Incident, Incident, Post-Incident) - Revision 2035-10-19
Pre-Incident
On an unknown date in 2035, several of the Foundation's sites and sectors were attacked, which required several Euclid and Keter RSCPs to be temporarily relocated to the Modular Containment Site until repairs on the previous facilities are completed. Not much is known about this site aside from the fact that it was previously used as a research facility, making it unable to handle the quantity of RSCPs it currently possesses. Shortly after, a joint unnamed Mobile Task Force was established in order to protect this site and handle containment breaches.
Sometime after this, Senior Council Member Night Wolf and Security Agent Wills both join the unspecified site. They are working undercover as D.O.R insider operatives while posing as GFA members in order to trigger a containment breach. At this point Night Wolf and the (unaware) RSCP Foundation's Engineering and Technical Services Department initiate a concept called the Modular Site Project. This project is intended to be a redesign of both the facility's layout and its security systems in order to accommodate the workload and containment chambers of the newly relocated RSCPs. According to on-site interview post incident; on-site personnel pointed out problems and security risks caused by the Modular Site Project, which leads to the presumption and agreement that Night Wolf started the project in order to make the site more vulnerable to containment breaches.
On October 19, 2035, at 09:00EST, RSCP transferred security department personnel; Agent Edison and Security Agent Wills begin their morning shift of monitoring RSCP-097's containment chamber. Between said time and 09:21, Edison leaves to go get coffee from the cafeteria.
While Edison is gone, Agent Wills uses this opportunity to release RSCP-097 from containment. Which sets off the site-wide alarm and informs On-Site Security Chief Martin of the breach. Wills then sends a message to Night Wolf saying, "It's out.", referring to RSCP-097. He then presumably flees the site while its staff are dealing with the breach.
Night Wolf then replies, "Proceeding." and heads down to Heavy Containment Zone where he slips into the control room of RSCP-049's containment chamber. He then gives RSCP-049 access to every major system in the site. When 049 questions Night Wolf about this, he responds "My identity isn't the best of your concern. You are free now, make those who imprison you feel your wrath." Night Wolf then flees the containment chamber.
RSCP-097 is eventually re-contained via Decontamination of it's current area and Agent Edison was charged for leaving his assigned post by on-site Foundation staff. The site then presumes that Agent Wills was abducted by RSCP-097.
Half an hour later post-recontainment; Researcher Ferguson notices that the blast doors in RSCP-049's containment chamber have begun to malfunction. The site assumes that this was caused by RSCP-049 having damaged its blast doors, as it had traverse RSCP-049's chamber during the breach. Unbeknownst to the rest of the site said RSCP is actually keeping the blast doors shut.
Incident
Later on the same day as RSCP-097's breach, Subject AF-9738, along with 5 other Class-AF Personnel, are pulled from their cells in order to perform a test involving RSCP-096.
Along the way to the testing chamber, a scientist can be overheard talking to someone else about the RSCP-097 breach. The scientist mentions never hearing of an Agent Wills and reveals that a foundation doctor, Dr. M. had been shaken up after the breach, causing him to have auditory hallucinations.
D-9738 is then taken to RSCP-096's containment chamber, where the 5 other Class-Ds are waiting. As the testing is about to commence the remote-control door system and electricity begin to malfunction. Shortly after, RSCP-049 starts a site-wide containment failure, causing several Euclid and Keter RSCPs to breach containment. The site is then immediately put under lockdown and Nine-Tailed Fox operatives are sent into the site shortly afterwards to re-contain the escaped RSCPs and terminate any rogue Class-Ds they encounter.
Along the way, the player discovers a note in Agent Wills' dormatory stating "YOU MADE IT SO EASY, NICE WORK FOUNDATION", with 'it' referring to the containment breach. RSCP-097's corrosion can also be found in the office. This, along with the fact that a document showing the new passcode to Agent Wills' dorm can be found in the Pocket Dimension, leads to the assumption that he was abducted by RSCP-097 and has been "consumed".
Several notes left by Dr. M. reveal that he had begun to go insane after the breach had started and encountered RSCP-097 on multiple occasions, before being abducted by it as well.
Three (3) hours into the breach; AF-9738 attempted to flee via Gate B of the Site, at the same time when a Mobile Task Force unit encountered and shot him after nuclear detonation failed.
Post-Incident
Following the conclusion of the breach and the failed nuclear detonation, the containment breach was eventually resolved. Investigations was immediately made and perpetrators was captured and sent to the High Table of GFA for disciplinary actions and (likely) termination.
The capture of Night Wolf was immediately sent out after finding out he had fled and location is unknown; while it was said by investigators that it was possible he had been killed during the breach, a burner phone was found within the Site Repairs and Planning Department's office revealing that Night Wolf fled before the orchestration of the breach started. Excommunicado sanctioning was made immediately by The Divisional Directors and the R5 Council.
