On the 25th of March, 2035, after finding out the Anti-Foundation Coalition used a Specimen of a FLN-9 Biochemical to infect a Johnson R&D Institution Lab, killing almost 95% of important personal from the enhanced FLN-9 Prion.
Members of the Bio-Hazard Combative Department is deployed to contain the outbreak, finding several side effects of the enhanced FLN-9 including mutated variants of the standard zombie and spores which wear down their gas masks. The objective is to clear the facility of Anti-Foundation Insurgency, Rescue any survivors, and Destroy the Site to contain the Enhanced FLN-9 Outbreak.
According to Overwatch, AndroidTan and other operators are one of the few who knows the FLN-9 and how to irradicate it.
Briefing

The Anti-Foundation Insurgents managed to close out some entrances to the site, you'll need to go in through the maintenance shaft. We assume the insurgents has already fled the site, but there may be some abandoned insurgents left, get rid of them too.
For this, we are sending a Solo Operative who knew about the FLN-9 and it's effects; AndroidTan, Founder of GFAH and Special Operative for the GDA.
I will be honest with you, AndroidTan, I see the Board has picked you due to some Chemical work you done when you were in your Middle School, but still, your our only operative who studied about FLN-9 and how it can be enhanced, so thats a good thing.

Objective
AndroidTan and his team is deployed on a mountainside at night, near a side entrance to the R&D Site. They are tasked with retrieving any remaining hostages inside the facility and terminating any infected personnel. The hostages are taken outside the facility for extraction as the squad presses forward to terminate the remaining Anti-Foundation members.
Initial
After AndroidTan and his team arrive to the Side entrance of the facility, they attempt to open the garage entrance door which is able to be done by either Breaking the Door using the Crowbar or Hacking into the Door Control using the Data Override.
Once the door is opened, the squad enters a bloodied corridor and encounters a spore-like growth on the floor. Upon relaying the information regarding the spore to Overwatch, they are made aware that these are spores of FLN-9 and should be terminated via shooting them.
Mission Update
After opening the second garage door, the Units enter the facility proper and must terminate any sighted spores and infected personnel. They are informed that their primary objective is to locate a ventilation control panel. The area will be brightly lit until past another door where said areas are mostly pitch black or at most extremely dimly lit. A survivor can also be found in a large room behind another garage door to the right.
The Unit proceed until they reach a reception/waiting room, where there are two doors. The back door leads into another group of rooms that contain a mutated taller version of the infected able to spit acid, an ammo crate and a survivor (in two connected rooms behind the door at the end of the corridor). The other door on the left is the intended path of the mission and opens up into another corridor.
Directly across the corridor from the waiting room is a cafeteria with a radio that can be turned off; further down the hall to the left of the cafeteria is an office area containing a few insurgents and another survivor in a larger office along the back wall.
Continuing down the corridor, the unit eventually enter a central hub-esque room that leads off into several others, with the first door on the left being the door to the ventilation control panel. But was interrupted by the following Events:
AndroidTan is attacked by Mutant which he manages to survive it by shooting it in its head or stabbing it in it's head.
One of the GDA Members is attacked by Mutant, which AndroidTan manage to save the GDA Member alive by shooting the Mutant in the head.
The Unit requires to go through the last few doors before ending up in a maintenance tunnel, where they can find the control panel in a room to the right of the door, they entered the tunnel through and find the control panel, which they then rig the site to self-destruct using C4 and after exiting the site, AndroidTan then trigger the C4 and the site is destroyed with the remaining FLN-9 Virus being irradicated.
