Ferdinand de Meme was a Rogaulian military commander during the Napoleonic Wars and the February Uprising, initially fighting on the side of Napoleon, then switching to the coalition side. He was sent to suppress the February Uprising, which he managed to do between 1817 and 1818. He was awarded the Legion of Honor.
