Federal Executive Departments of Labublox

The federal executive departments of Labublox (New Luobese: Jabatan Eksekutif) are the largest units and components in the executive branch of Labublox. These departments are the administrative arms of both the president and the vice president. Since the executive power is shared on a 3:2 ratio between the president and the vice president, 16 departments belong to the administrative arm of the president, while 11 more are part of the administrative arm of the vice president. They are very similar to ministries, only that the departmental head is called the 'Department-General', or the Ketua Jabatan in New Luobuese. There are 27 executive departments in the Labubloxian government..

Please note that the department-general for the Office of the Vice President (also known as Pejabat Naib Presiden) is the vice president himself/herself, since this entire department belongs to him/her and is legally under his/her administrative arm.

Structure

Each department is headed by a Department-General (Ketua Jabatan). The title His/Her Excellency, The Sovereign Department-General of the (Department Name) is used to refer to any department-general. The department-generals are appointed by their respective department's main administrative arm. If a department belongs to the president's administrative arm, then the president will legally appoint said department's department-general after the votes are received from the GWD process of that time.

The department-generals are collectively the third-in-line to the presidential line of succession. They are lined up in order of their department's formation date. Jabatan Kebajikan Negara's department-general is up first, followed by Jabatan TBA Negara and Jabatan TBA Negara's department-generals respectively. If the vice president and president pro tempore of the Dewan Kebangsaan are both deemed ineligible for the line of succession, the first department-general who is eligible will be elected as President.

Although technically the Pejabat Naib Presiden is the oldest department in Labublox, having been created in January 1981 ahead of the first GWD, it won't participate in the presidential line of succession. This is because the department-general of this department is the vice president, and he/she is already first in line.
