The Federal Capital Region (Ro-Portuguese: Região Federal Capital, Sebelstian: Hétep Capitalí Federal) is one of the 23 federal units of Sebelsti, (22 provinces, plus two autonomous regions, and one capital region), situated in the south-centre of the country. It is the smallest of the 23 federal units, but is the most dense, being home to two major cities, Nakoof , which acts as the administrative, ceremonial, judicial and political capital, and Port Sebelsti, which acts as the executive and legislative seat, together form the Greater Nakoof metropolis. It is the only incorporated “region” in the country[1], and occupies the greater Nakó Valley geographical region.

The region is an exclave of the Central Noobia Province, which surrounds the FCR on all sides.

  1. The North Noobania and Southwestern Autonomous Regions are not incorporated federally.
