Executive Order 14465 in the jurisdiction of New Blockers City has been subject to a mix of enforcement and rescission.

History:

Initial Enforcement

On January 7, 2026, the order was formally enforced de jure in New Blockers City by the incumbent president David Builderman Baszucki of the Corporatist Party.

First Rescission

Incumbent mayor Julian Jefferson of the Robloxian Reform Party, on February 7, 2026, rescinded the executive order. For some reason, the Corporatist Party approved the rescission. On February 8, 2026, it announced an investigation into Julian Jefferson.

Second Enforcement

Later, the Robloxian Supreme Court beat the Corporatist Party in the race to investigate him when it overruled the executive order's rescission in a unanimous landmark Supreme Court of United States of Robloxia court case (New Blockers City v. United States of Robloxia) on the same day an investigation was launched on Julian Jefferson, as well as Voldex Bloke Jr. There was even a majority in the Corporatist Party base to also investigate the county executive of Liberty County, Bloxburg Valley. This established a precedent that the Corporatist Party could overrule a local government's rescission of an executive order, and resulted in fear that other Robloxian counties, such as Madison County, Kionne Republic and Liberty County, Bloxburg Valley, could see similar overrules. However, the county executive of Liberty County, Bloxburg Valley's investigation largely contradicted the fact the ruling was set in stone due to the fact it was allowed to rescind the executive order.

Julian Jefferson was reported to commented to the press,

[Corporatists are] stupid idiots. We’ll take this back to the Supreme Court. Expect a case between us and Baszucki. He has agreed to not do anything in his favour or ours. It will be a normal court case. If I win, Executive Order 14465 is re-revoked in NBC. If he loses, no revocation of Executive Order 14465 here.

Following the comment, Julian Jefferson sued the Baszucki administration for the executive order, to which he received an electronic summons telling him to meet at the Robloxia City Supreme Court Building on February 24, 2026. He signed the summons to appear on court, along with 13 other court justices of the Judiciary of New Bloxia.

Attempt to Rescind Again Fails

On February 24, 2026, Julian Jefferson, along with 13 justices of the Judiciary of New Bloxia, and David Baszucki, along with nine justices of the Supreme Court of the United States of Robloxia, appeared in the Robloxian Supreme Court after a lawsuit filed by Julian Jefferson on recission of Executive Order 14465, the first of its own kind. While the 13 justices of the Judiciary of New Bloxia convicted Baszucki in a 10-3 decision, the nine justices of the Robloxian Supreme Court acquitted Baszucki in a 0-9 decision, resulting the overall decision being 10-12 to acquit Baszucki and convict Jefferson.

Due to the Fifth Amendment (specifically, the double jeopardy clause which states robloxians will be protected from double jeopardy) not being present in the Robloxian Constitution, the trial was allowed to proceed.

Second Rescind

A day later, after Baszucki was charged by his opposition, including Julian Jefferson that the trial held was actually a mistrial, chikorita152e, who was part of the opposition told Baszucki:

Why would you do something in favor of you? The court case's normality had been disrupted...

Baszucki then went through the five stages of grief, denying that it was a mistrial and stating that it was his chief justices that he packed on the court. He then tried to offer a bargain to Julian Jefferson, allowing him to accept the trial's 10-12 ruling, but the bargain was rejected by Julian Jefferson as it was interpreted as a bribe. He did not want to become a part of Baszucki's scandalous empire. Upon hearing the rejection of the bargain, Baszucki was sent to an angry rage, accompanied properly with a hours-long diatribe about the limitations of a society that did not age check themselves that press was reported as being filled to the brim with obscenities and profanities directed at him. Following the outburst, Baszucki became aware that hours have gone by and there is still no solution in sight. During the listlessness, Baszucki was reported to have came up with an solution symbolic of acceptance when he told Jefferson that it was actually an mistrial and that he should not have summoned those nine justices, revoking them legally and voiding their arguments. Jefferson would later rescind the order, and Baszucki made a deal: He can rescind the executive order just as long he is on office.

Despite the rescission, there existed paranoia in the city's population. The city still remained silent as if the executive order was implemented.
