Executive Order 14465 in the jurisdiction of Liberty County is de jure rescinded.
On January 9, 2026, the order was formally rescinded de jure in all of Liberty County when legislation was passed by the county executive of Liberty County after January 8, 2026 saw a sudden skyrocket in crime rates and a sudden crippling of the emergency response in the region, allowing for crime rates to decline and emergency response to recover from the cripples. This rescission was pre-approved by the Corporatist Party, but an investigation was launched into investigating the county executive. Experts say that it is highly unlikely that the investigation of Liberty County would result in the overturning of the rescission by the repealing of the law due to the size of the county being significantly notable, though skeptics believe that the Robloxian government only cares if an area meets its Robloxian constitution, which fortunately does not penalize local governments that have rescinded Executive Order 14465, but the penalty is hypocritical since there exist some cases, in particular, New Blockers City's, where a local government was penalized for rescinding Executive Order 14465.
Effects:
The effects of Executive Order 14465 primarily consisted of amplifications of existent understaffing of certain businesses on January 8, 2026 (the only full day in which it was in effect in full), such as emergency response teams, which include hospital and EMT related occupations and courthouse occupations, which include, judges, marshals, and deputized officer occupations. DOT and DWP saw amplified understaffing as well. Meanwhile, law enforcement occupations and other occupations not prone to understaffing issues saw significant understaffing, with magnitudes rivaling that of the existing understaffing extent prior to the implementation of the Executive Order 14465.
As a consequence of the aforementioned understaffings, Liberty County saw a surge in crime rates. This, accompanied with a mainly empty courthouse, allowed criminals to repeat their crimes as much as they please due to the fact there was no open courthouse for the law enforcement and the criminal to go to. Existing trials planned for the court were indefinitely postponed until all of its employees were compliant with the executive order, resulting in an indefinite closure. There was some hesitancy to be expected due to some employees of the court refusing to scan their face and upload the scanned face image to the Robloxian government to allow them to deduce their age. Most robloxians at the time visiting a place frequently used for trials being mostly empty.
Ultimate Rescission:
On January 9, 2026, the order was formally rescinded de jure in all of Liberty County when legislation was passed by the county executive of Liberty County after January 8, 2026 saw a sudden skyrocket in crime rates and a sudden crippling of the emergency response in the region, allowing for crime rates to decline and emergency response to recover from the cripples. Staffing began to increase in all jobs, putting some jobs out of the understaffing purgatory, though some jobs that were understaffed remained understaffed, but to a lesser extent. The Liberty County Courthouse was able to fully open its doors and accept cases as its employment could now speak.
