Ethernet is a strange type of cables found only on planet Earth (in another dimension called Reality).
They transmit Ro-Fi internet packages over the physical cables, which is not even possible even with current technology on planet Roblox. They also have a type of metal inside which exists in Roblox, which is copper. It was a mysterious realization to deduce it was actually the same copper on their planet.
Note: The copper found in Roblox isn't Ethernet-cable grade.

When Robloxia scientists were analyzing server arrays made by humans on planet Earth, they noticed weird cables they call the "Ethernet".
Taxonomy
The engineers of "IEEE" ("Institute of Electrotechnical and Electronics Engineers"), an Earth organization, call this standard "802.3". It was invented because of something called "Aether" and because of that, "Ether-network" was invented, but, it was shortened to "Ethernet" to make it easier to pronounce "Ethernetwork".
Fun facts:
- Ethernet was not available for Earth and Roblox (under a new name) residents until the 1990s.
- Ethernet is faster and more stable than Ro-Fi.
- Earth's Ethernet was discovered only on June 14th, 2026 by Robloxians.
- Until the early 2030s, the only way to use Earth's Ethernet was to visit the Reality dimension.
