Emperor of the Rogaulians (Rogaulian: Empereur des Rogauçais) is the title of the monarch of the Rogaulian Empire. It is only instatated if there is need to, with the most common reason of instatement being if Rogaulia reverts to an empire. The most recent reinstatement was when Rogaulia turned into the Third Rogaulian Empire after Gory was crowned Emperor. It was previously used by monarch of the First Rogaulian Empire and the Second Rogaulian Empire. The title emphasizes sovereignty vested in the Rogaulian people rather than in the territory of Rogaulia. Whenever it is reinstated, the President of Rogaulia position immediately becomes deprecated due to the fundamental incompatibility of governments of unitary semi-presidential republic and empires.

After 1870, the title was removed, and it did not take until 2026 when the title was restored following an executive order which somehow was allowed under the Rogaulian Constitution. To this day, it remains the most controversial reinstatement of a political title, and the Anti-Bloxapartists argue that after the deposition of Gory, the Rogaulian Constitution should be amended to prevent the chief executive from ever reinstating the Emperor title, solidifying the indefinite status quo of Rogaulia being an unitary semi-presidential republic.

Notes
- ↑ Between June 22 and July 7, Napoleon II was considered the emperor by Bloxapartists after his father abdicated in his favor. However, Napoleon II was already residing in Bloxtro and King Louis XVIII was reinstalled as the king on July 7.
