The East Baoji Summit (EBS) is a regional forum held annually by leaders of, initially, 16 countries in the East Baoji, Southeast Baoji, South Baoji, and Aquarian regions, based on the ASEBN Plus Six mechanism. Membership expanded to 18 countries including Telamon Islands, Tovokia, and United States of Robloxia at the Sixth EBS in 2011. Since its establishment, ASEBN has held the central role and leadership in the forum. EBS meetings are held after the annual ASEBN leaders' meetings, and plays an important role in the regional architecture of Baoji-Telamon. The first summit was held in Bloxa Lumpur, New Luobu on 14 December 2005.
