The UEFA Nations League is an international football competition organized by UEFA, involving its member associations. The tournament has been held every other season since the 2018/19 season.
Format
The tournament is held in the following format: UEFA teams are divided into 4 leagues, with teams selected based on quality. The best teams play in League A, slightly weaker teams in League B, weaker teams in League C, and the weakest teams in League D. Each league has 16 teams, except for League D, which has seven.
