Dr. Kai Bian Liang (卞良凯博士; biàn liáng kǎi bóshì) is an Peoples Republic of Luobu assistant researcher who flew to New Blockers City to assist in Dr. Sarah Williams' research into the cure for the Pale Virus.
Personality
Dr. K is a bioengineer scientist, and as such, they operate with a cold and calculated behavior - which is especially noticeable in the 2013 Outbreak where he completely disregard Test Subjects' and Latex Beasts' attempt to leave unless explicitly ordered.
He always listens to orders made by his superiors with one being, Dr. Sarah Williams.
Ironically. he sees Dr. Sarah Williams as a dotting-sister figure.
History
Pre-TSC
Kai was born in Central Rohan on August 2nd 1987, where after he studied for his degrees in 1991, to achieve a diploma for Research and Biology with him receiving a Job Enlistment to Thunder Science Corporation in 1995.
The Pale Virus Research
During the 2012 Pale Virus outbreak, he flew from Luobu to New Blockers City to assist in research of the Pale Virus. He was assigned to be the research assistant for virologist, Dr. Sarah William.
He was the first to analyse and research to experiment the Pale Virus with a special specimen of Latex Beasts.
2013 Furr Infection Outbreak
During the 2013 Furr Infection outbreak, he was one of the survivors during the event; with him witnessing Kolin, Dr. Simon Acomolia, and two test subjects being transfurred.
He and the other survivors held a shelter at the Undersection of the building until GFA manage to rescue them in the late-2014.

- Dr. K's full name was confirmed to be Kai Bian Liang by AndroidTan.[1]
- He is described as a mid-adult at the time of the 2013 incident. Establishing him being at least 26 years-old at the time of the outbreak; 2 years younger than Simon Acomolia but 12 years younger than Kolin.
