The Douglas Rebellion was a conflict fought after the Eastern Soldiers annexed Douglas Colony to Seaboard State. However, the west wanted it to be a separate republic. The Douglas Rebellion was short lived. The West had the tech that the east did not have. Eventually, the West did the obvious; the West declared war on the East.
In 1920, Eastern Soldiers were weakened to the point of surrender, which led the Douglas Colony to become a republic. In late 1920, Douglas Republic declared statehood for the United Communities and renamed itself to Douglas.
