Delta Squad Operator 01 was an Insurgent serving the Insurgency as a special forces combat soldier in Delta Squad. It is implied he has a heavy taste for gambling yet regrets his choice with working with the Insurgency.
Background
Delta Squad Operator 01 was hired into the Insurgency when his taste for gambling cost his position as a SWAT commander. He proved his worth by containing Virus 46 relatively quickly. He was bitten two times before he killed himself with a Mk II grenade.
He, like many others from Delta Squad, was revived by Project: Insurgent's Salvation and continued serving the Insurgency, namely torturing furries in the location of GFAH locations. He killed one of AndroidTan's associate accidentally with a PSG31 when he was aiming for Luna Garcia.
Delta Squad Operator 01 was quickly found by GFAH personnel and forced to play a deadly game of Russian Roulette.
Russian Roulette
After succeeding five times against a GFAH personnel who defected, he was shot unlawfully by the nervous GFAH defector. Delta Squad Operator 01 was shot in the chin and died after several seconds due to said wounds.
His body was recovered by HECU Marines of the Insurgency and was resent to Insurgent's Salvation, causing him to live a third time.
