The Death Valley, Bloxia tornado of 2022 was a deadly and destructive tornado that struck Death Valley, Bloxia; the tornado was rated EF4, many farmhouses were swept away, and mobile home remnants were untraceable. 58 Robloxians died from the tornado, and 23 were injured. This showed the true power of the tornado. Ground scouring was 116 centimeters deep, and trees were ripped out of their roots. The damage cost is about 16.24 billion ROBUX. Robloxians have protested since the devastating tornado to add emergency sirens and install safety shelters to prevent more incidents like this.
Meteorological Synopsis
On May 22, 2022, 17:19:43, a tornado warning was issued for rural Death Valley, Bloxia. Police evacuated a slight majority of farmers and residents, but the tornado was quickly developing.
At 17:27:43, roughly eight minutes after the tornado formed, the tornado struck a farmhouse. Luckily, the residents were in the cellar grabbing supplies until they got the warning on their cellular devices; sadly, the residents did not have enough time to grab their cats and dogs. One farmer described the tornado's sound as a "loud rumble, like if it was an airplane heading right towards you." When the residents went to see the damage after the tornado had passed, nothing remained of their house, only a single wall was standing. The residents found their pet cats in their trucks dead. Their dogs were missing.
At 17:34:43, the tornado finally reached EF3 strength and developed into a wedge. The tornado struck a parking lot tossing over cars like toys. The tornado then hit a wooden storage house leaving nothing behind but small wood fragments. The wooden fragments acted like missiles. The 11 residents who watched the tornado from their cars were struck by the wooden fragments and were severely injured with cuts all over their face and arms. The drivers quickly drove away.
At 17:40:43, the tornado struck a trailer park, leaving 12 injured, and 35 people dead. The reason of the death has been attributed to being crushed by debris.
At 17:43:43, the tornado is now beginning to peak as it turns into an EF4 Multi-Vortex tornado. The tornado hits small cottages. Everyone in the small cottages was packing emergency supplies to evacuate from the tornado and grabbing household items. Everyone then noticed the tornado quickly heading towards them. Everyone attempted to start his or her vehicle, but the vehicles stalled two times. Everyone then quickly ran into a public bathroom and hid in a bathtub before being thrown around and were finally killed by the roof collapsing in on them. 23 people died.
At 17:47:43, The tornado began to rope out. At 17:52:43, the tornado died, leaving behind utter chaos and destruction.
Aftermath:
Robloxians have been aiding the affected victims by setting up fundraisers and charities. Protests have been occurring to implement tornado sirens and storm shelters to prevent more of these incidents happening. Ground scouring began when tornado hit peak strength about 116 cm deep at 295 MPH. Some roads were slightly damaged with cracks. The damage cost was 16.24508 billion ROBUX.
