Biology

Dark Foxx (born in January 10th, 1991), also known as by his codename in the Robloxians Against Retroslop (RAR) Onyx skies, is another founder of the RAR. Formerly, he was a director from the Global Furry Agency Headquarters (GFAH) before being on EXCOMMUNICADO status (since June 6, 2013).

He hid in Kemonobloxia under the false alias Sebastian Lizz, where he would stay hidden for 11 years until Amy Chalice found him in the streets. She took him into RAR Site-00 (the RAR Headquarters), where he revealed himself to be Dark Foxx, which Amy Chalice was fine with despite the horrendous actions he did. He then became a founder of RAR.

He is the one to watch the prisoners in the Retroslop Prison, making sure they are working for 16 hours with no break. If one were to get tired or pass out from the harsh working conditions, he would abusively forced them to get up and continue working again. In the worst case scenario, he would drag a prisoner into an isolated room and do very inappropriate stuff towards them, leaving the said prisoner traumatized for life. Overall, Robloxians are not recommended to get near him.

He has dark black hair with a dark blue gradient at the ends. He wears a black captain hat with white feathers, dark fur with red tips on the ears. He wears a dark face crest. He has two different colored eyes (blue and yellow), wears a black suit with chains on his hips and on his shoulders. He wears fingerless gloves.

Physical abilities

• Enhanced agility
  • With his precise timing and agility, he can prove to be a problem to the furry task forces trying to find him because he can blend in using his camouflage or is simply too fast to catch up. Because of this, many furry task forces members are unable to find him in the dark.
• Enhanced jump
  • He can jump really high in the air (7.8 studs high). Robloxians can only jump 7.2 studs high in the air. This can also be a problem because he can jump really far away from the average Robloxian to get away. This happened multiple times.

Skills

• Enhancing weapons specialist
  • Although it may look like he does not know how to make weapons, he actually knows how to modify and create new weapons. He can assemble a silent MK-280 in just four minutes, which shows that he is very skillful.
• Swimming expert
  • He is a professional swimmer, as evident by most of the underwater raids in RAR. To be more specific, he is a cave diver, as one time he literally swam into an 0.20 inch hole and managed to survive. That is not a lie. He basically loves to swim into small holes just for fun.
• Experienced juggernaut
  • He is an experienced juggernaut, because he was one back in GFAH before. He knows how to defend himself from attacks and attack others with ease. He can practically get hit by a thousand bullets and still be fine.
  • This man has advanced equipment and armor. It is no surprise that he will survive after getting brutally injured.

History:

Dark Foxx's childhood

He is born into a average family in Avalia in St. Joshua Hospital after Micheal Foxx and Olivia . He is born alongside Foxglove Foxx, Eliz Foxx, and Louisa Foxx. He is the eldest son. He is a very responsible and kind older brother to his siblings.

Growing up, he worked very hard to support his family. As such, he was teased by his bullies from having money and having to work five hours a day to support them. He pays no attention to his bullies and continues to support his family to help their financial issues.

Becoming a member of GFAH

He saw a poster that the GFAH is hiring new people for them. This led to Dark Foxx deciding to apply for the juggernaut class. His juggernaut application was accepted. During his time in GFAH, he proved to be a really good hunter. Overall, he was a very precise and stealthy juggernaut who was often sent to raid sites of the AFC because he is the strongest obviously.

One day, GFAH decided to invite him to join the council, which he was really excited. He joined the council, where he became the lead of enhancing weapons. He is a kind and supportive director who invented a lot of weapons for the GFAH. In some cases, he would defend his co workers from danger if necessary.

Doing noncon to a prison in foxtrot prison + on excammunicado status

At Foxtrot Prison, Dark Foxx had an interest in a certain anti furry in the prison. He would sometimes look at her and would stalk her. The anti furry told him to stop. One day, he dragged the anti furry to a empty dark room so no one could not see them. He started touching the anti furry inappropriately. The anti furry told him to stop, but he continued to touch her, leaving her crying.

Later, she emotionally recovered and told the GFAH guard about the incident. This led to a chain of command in which the guard told the council members. Eventually, the information reached the high table, where they placed Dark Foxx into EXCOMMUNICADO status for that. Because of this, he had to hide himself in Avalia.

Hiding under a false name

While hiding, he came up with a pseudonym, namely Sebastian Lizz. He pretended to be a homeless furry on the streets. He would get money from bystanders, and he would steal food and water from the nearby convenience stores.

He would stay hidden in Avalia for 11 years until February 20th, 2025.

Found by Amy Chalice

Amy Chalice found him on the streets of Avalia. She described him as a poor creature abandoned on the streets with no tag and malnourished, so she took him in into Site-00, where she healed his injuries by wrapping up bandages on the wounds and fed him. After a month of care, he felt a lot better.

He revealed his true identity to be Dark Foxx, the former council of GFAH. Amy did not seem to mind her involvement in the GFAH despite the horrendous actions he did back then. He then became known as the creator of the RAR.

Pre-Execution

He was still alive when Dark Foxx would be captured by the Robloxian Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (RICE) and sent to a federal prison for being associated with the Retroslop Annihilation Federation on May 1, 2026. Surprisingly, the initial sentence was for a life sentence with parole after 25 years rather than the death penalty as implied by most of the co-founders of the Retroslop Annihilation Federation. Later, the GFAH visited the federal prison after performing a lookup to reveal that Dark Foxx, one of their former members, was arrested. The GFAH told the federal prison wardens on why Dark Foxx needed to be transferred to a more secure prison. For the first time in the federal prison's history, the wardens of the federal prison recognized the GFAH and decided to allow the GFAH to visit Dark Foxx.

When Dark Foxx saw the GFAH and the fact the GFAH opened the prison cell doors, Dark Foxx felt free before being handcuffed once again and taken to a courthouse. The court of the GFAH determined that the original sentence would be annulled in favor of the death penalty, and that he would be transferred to one of the most secure GFAH prisons. Later, he was sent to the death row of the federal prison. He was then informed that Cerulean McClain would be executed on the same day by the guillotine.

Executed by GFAH

As of 2027, he and Cerulean McClain was assassinated by United Nations of Furries Division GLOBAL-FAH Sniper Units who were given a contract to "retire" the RAR and ensure its immediate liquidation. An earlier and first attempt to execute him via guillotine failed.
