They had been formed in 1997 as a paramilitary division originally known as "Anti-Furry Paramilitary Army" which was authorized under the Robloxian military as a group that hunted any furries that had gone rouge or AWOL and any instances of the Furr Infection virus which had come up missing at the time. They had a few successful missions until they got corrupted and decided under the order of Black-Ops Commander Number 203 aka "The Engineer." He would find new rogue assets such as Haloguy7 who we stated he was turned down but in all reality he was, he just turned a entire division rouge.

We didn't see them as much of a threat because it seemed they had kept to themselves such as with the Furry Killer Federation. Indeed they had caused issues in the cyber space but the Furry Peace and Justice Corporation and the SFA had done a good job keeping tabs on them, until Furry Headquarters had came along. That gave them a known and seen target and they chose violence. What would follow is years of terror and destruction.
The worst instance of the Anti-Furry Coalition was when in 2030 they had taken over the Robloxian military and attempted it to the government with the Robloxians known as Anthony Drakovis and Ross Desota. The Furry War was the only way it could be stopped. Since then, we have been watching everywhere they lurk and if they are found it will be dealt with.
