Dahanani International Airport is an airport in Dahanani, Bloxjiado. It is one of the two civilian airports serving Dahanani, the other being Dahanani-Hansja International Airport. It is the busiest and largest airport in Bloxjiado, and the sixth busiest in Roblox. It is a secondary hub for JiadoAir and KamakmalExpress.

On August 12, 2025, Dahanani International Airport reclaimed the busiest Bloxji airport spot after Massagaf-Hajiquki was the busiest airport in Bloxjiado for 23 days.

History

Early Time

The airport was inaugurated on February 24, 1995, starting with a twice weekly service by JiadoAir to Alefblox and Massagaf. The airport was built to replace the existing Capital SE Airport (now Dahanani Hansja International Airport). The oldest terminals, Terminals 1 & 2 were built. Soon after, Bloxatar Airways started operating to Dahanani from Dohblox thrice with a stopover in Abu Zabad, using their Robus R310. Then, United Airlines began a once weekly service from Bouston-Intercontinental to the airport.

In 1996, a Convair CV-240 crashed at the airport.

Growth

By 2002, at least 10 airlines had began serving Dahanani, (Bloxatar Airways, JiadoAir, Montoair, KamakmalExpress, Flyalefblox, Bloxiair, United Airlines, Thai AirAsia, Telamon Airways, Britain Airways). Bloxatar Airways had upgraded their service to four times weekly, this time with a Roeing-747SP. By 2010, the airport was the second busiest in Bloxjiado, and the twelfth busiest in Roblox. Terminal 3 & 4 were made in 2012, with Terminal 4 exclusively for JiadoAir and Montoair. The airport was now also accessible by Port Avenue. Emiratopia Airlines and KLM had started service to Dahanani.

Aviation Museum Construction

In 2022, the Dahanani Aviation Museum was made in the airport. The DJX airport management converted two long and huge hangars which were JiadoAir’s main maintenance hangars into a museum with permission from JiadoAir. The museum has preserved aircraft and its also famous for preserving the Ro-Antonov AN225 prototype in the museum. The museum has many historical aircraft and present-day aircraft preserved. Some of the second hangar is temporarily used as the main maintenance area for JiadoAir’s subsidiary, JiadoAir Regional, as the second hangar has less aircraft.

Today

Today, the airport is the sixth busiest airport in Roblox, and the busiest in Bloxjiado. Since Terminal 5’s addition, the airport is also the largest in Bloxjiado. It is a major connecting hub like RoDubai.

In 2026, Air Labublox Flight 648 crashed in Dahanani International Airport.
