Coxly is a city in Stepford County, with a population of 202,828. It is a city just west of the border of the Stepford and Benton Districts, in Stepford County, Bloxia Kingdom. It is a largely populated area with the area of a small town. Coxly is located in the north-central region of Stepford County, about a mile from the outskirts of Benton. Coxly first was settled after the building of a road. This road is the M19 from Stepford City to Benton which goes past Bodin and Coxly. Just outside Coxly, the M19 seperates into the A19 that goes north and becomes Benton Road, and the A20 that goes south and becomes Newtown Street. They come back together outside of Coxly.
Recently, on May 11th 2025, the abandoned Coxly Newtown Metro Station was finally reopened along with the rest of the Metro network.
