Sir Collin Hall (February 8, 1778 - November 15, 1875), also known under his regnal name Collin I, was a Dush Gaul polar region explorer and the first king of Free Bloxartica (1866-1875).
Life
Collin Hall was born in Bloxtro Netherblox. When Collin was 47 years old, he moved to Bloxargentina.
In 1861, Collin Hall received an order to travel to Subloxartican Islands. After claiming small terrain, he built the Snowtopia camp.
On 2 August 1866, Collin Hall declared independence of his camp as Kingdom of Snowtopia. Few years later, Justo de Armadilla conviced him friend to change country's name to Free Bloxartica.
