With more than 9,500 police officers, covering an area of 473 kilometers and protecting a population of more than 3.9 million people, the CBPD is the third largest local police force in Robloxia by number of personnel, behind only the Brookhaven Police Department and the Blockfield Police Department. The department has been featured in numerous movies (Virtuosity) and television series. It has also created a number of controversies for its violent behavior, most notably the 2005 looting incident and the subsequent 1992 Los Angelox riots and furthermore, The Malik Jones Riot.
