Cicero Tanner, or just the Riot Soldier, is a Robloxian male serving the Robloxian Police Department as a riot soldier.
Background
Cicero Tanner was formerly a Robloxian Police Department officer, but for unknown reasons, he transferred into the Riot Control division in the Robloxian Police Department.

Cicero Tanner wears police riot combat fatigues and riot combat gear. However, his visor is rarely down because it interferes with his vision.
