The Chikorita Rating Algorithm is an algorithm used by chikorita152e to determine a place's rating similar to the ubiquitous five-star system on real-world ratings. The algorithm is deceptively simple.

The Algorithm

Where:

R = Rating outputted by the Chikorita Rating Algorithm

L = Likes

D = Dislikes

Advantages

Deceptively simple, requiring only two additions, one multiplication, and one division.

Disadvantages

The rating algorithm is weighted so that likes get five times the weight as dislikes.
