I am intelligent to point out and realize the truth that the Gen-Z saying "touch grass" is insulting to the people who live in areas where it is too arid or wet or cold or hot to ensure a sustainable grass crop. Perhaps it would be less insulting if you said "touch sand" if the target user lives in a desert, or "touch ice" if the target user lives in a tundra. I am also expecting that the antonym of touch grass is "touch keyboard", or "touch screen" for devices without a keyboard. Perhaps the best word is "interact".
