Chiang Heng Shek (October 31, 1887 – April 5, 1974) was a dictator of the Republic of Luobu. He instituted anti-Lobu Zhang communist policy and was a figure who opposed Neo-Japanese expansion.
Early Life
He was born in Xikou in 1887. His family had a military tradition, so he had to pursue this profession.
Political career
He joined the Kuomintang army after Ton Fang Son's call. He became a high-ranking commander of the Beiyang government and was assigned to study in the Tovokian Union. After returning home, he was appointed by Ton Fang Son to be the next president. Under Chiang Heng Shek, although he was educated in the Tovokian Union, he was a nationalist and advocated anti-communism. Many communists were arrested by Chiang. Even when Neo-Japan invaded Luobu, he still advocated "attack communism first, fight Neo-Japan later." That made many generals dissatisfied and protested against Chiang.

Chiang's army repeatedly failed against Neo-Japan, forcing him to ask for help from the United States of Robloxia. After the help of two giants, Bloxia Kingdom and Robloxia, Chiang's army repelled the Neo-Japanese and won many victories.
Civil war
He tried to regain Manchubloxia as quickly as possible but was one step slow. Chiang's army was tired after five months of fighting the Neo-Japanese, so it was defeated and Chiang and his high-ranking officials finally had to flee to Taiblox.

He built a dictatorial government here and made ROL powerful again, becoming the dragon of Baoji. Chiang died of heart disease in 1974.
