Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-011 is to not be touched by any living organic Lua species, including Robloxians. It is to be touched with pliers and put inside a glass container 5.6 centimeters long, 25.2 centimeters tall, and 25.2 centimeters wide.
RSCP-011 should be then monitored at all times by personnel over clearance level 4. All personnel visiting the special containment area need to swipe an access card containing a clearance level over 4 to grant access to the special containment area.
Description
RSCP-011 is a knife with strange patterns on both surfaces with red smoke emitting. When the knife is equipped by any organic Lua creature, it will play Megalo Strike Back, a theme used in a horror movie. RSCP-011-1 (the knife) is implied to be the property of Chara, the first human to visit the Underground, but it is known to be associated with Chara. RSCP-011 has a similar weapon that is based of a wooden baseball bat. It has a ludicrously high attack statistic, revealed to boost any attack statistic by 99 points. It is sold for 500 GOLD, the official currency used in the Underground, though negotiations can bring this to 501 and 628 GOLD.
It is known that Chara exploited this weapon to spare all of the monsters in the underground except for Sans without the monsters attacking Chara.
Robbers found the Underground eventually and stole the knife which was in Asgore's residence. The robbers then cursed it with a curse, disguised it as a pen, then shipped it overseas to Greenville, Robloxia, where it was found by a bank accountant who was tricked by the disguise and was about to use the pen to sign a contract when he removed the cap.
Upon the removal of the cap of RSCP-011-1, the accountant was immediately possessed. The accountant's real name is ████ ████. The accountant was catalogued as RSCP-011-2 by the Foundation. The accountant said in Chara's voice: "About time." and immediately used the knife to OHKO everyone at the bank. One bystander saw this and called the Greenville Police Department ( GPD ). When the GPD arrived, a lethal dosage of 8 bullets was supervised, but unfortunately, that lethal dosage did not accommodate for the reincarnated Chara. The Foundation noticed that this is significantly paranormal and immediately sent Epsilon-11 to deal with it, seizing the weapon used by the GPD and had to use 4,500 bullets of the weapon before the accountant was fully terminated, exorcising the accountant but causing the curse to be carried on to the knife. A NTF squad member then touched the knife, saying the same thing the accountant did before "having the urge to kill" and swinging the knife at the squad members. With one slash, all the squad members dropped dead. The NTF squad member dropped knife on accident, exorcising the squad member and forgetting the fact he did the rampage. However, he knew what the knife felt like. "I felt like the knife was an evil spirit made entirely out of hatred. It took my body and.. I think the knife is Death itself.". The NTF squad member then went in a comatose state lasting for two days before awakening.
During the squad member's comatose state, the knife was then picked up with a shovel by the Foundation, revealing that non-living Lua-based organisms are immune to such possessions and was put safely inside a small glass container in a clearance level 4 part of the Foundation, where it was officially and specially contained.
Addendums
- The Foundation then decided to conduct an experiment to verify the statement that non-living Lua-based organisms are immune to such possessions and to see how other species besides Robloxians react to it. The experiment was done in a coop that was raised by the Foundation and certified to be living, Lua-based organisms. The chicken was asked to catch the knife after being dropped from pliers. Immediately, the chicken caught it and said "About time.", and started a rampage with the other chickens in the coop. Luckily, the RSCP was able to seize the knife before the chicken stabbed the other members of the coop, and hence concluded that other species behave the same way as Robloxians. Thus, the possession appears to be universal behavior, but the species sample size is too low to draw any significant conclusions ( 2 ).
