Cerulean McClain

Biology

Cerulean McClain (October 7th, 1997), also known as her codename in Robloxians Against Retroslop (RAR) as Railgunner, is a founder of RAR and known for being the lead direct of Project Antislop-washing, which is made to brainwash and "cleanse" retroslopians by torturing them psychologically and removing their memories, causing them to turn into mindless soldiers of the RAR and not remembering who they were before.

Before becoming a founder of the RAR, she used to be a criminal in Bloxrazil, where she would rob banks, kidnap Robloxians, and do typical criminal things. She was wanted for 300,000,000 Robux and has escaped the cops every time they tried to capture her. At some point, she flew to the Tovokian Federation to hide from them, and she stumbled across Amy Chalice at the RAR Site-00 (RAR headquarters). After chatting with each other, they agreed to help each other from now on.

Railgunner is very malicious and always has very bad intentions. She is also a very out of sight assassin, because she can deliver a perfect shot towards a target. If it is not clear from her codename, her main weapon is a railgun that has been modified and customized by her. Overall, she is very dangerous and fast, as any Robloxian that obstructs her way will be dealt with.

Physical Appearance

Cerulean is a very pale albino Bloxrazilian with long white hair in small pigtails. She wears a navy blue fedora, a navy blue suit with a navy blue tie and a black coat tied around her shoulders. She wears dark gloves. She wears a dark navy blue cape, navy blue jeans with leg warmers, and white shoes. Her right leg is a prosthetic. She got it after she lost her leg during a chase before fleeing to Tovokian Federation, where Amy Chalice made it for her.

Her railgun is strapped behind her.

Abilities

Physical

• Fast agility
  • Fast agility is one of Cerulean's abilities. Characterized by extreme quickness, reflexes, and high-speed mobility, she can evade attacks effortlessly, change directions mid-chase or during combat, and a lot more she can do with fast agility.
• Precise timing
  • Precise timing is one of Cerulean's combat skills that refers to the ability to act at the exact optimal moment — whether in offense, defense, or manipulation of events. She can delay cooldowns, strike, or evade at the exact frame when an enemy is vulnerable. She can also perform synchronized actions (such as time-based puzzles, coordinated attacks, or traps), and a lot more she could do.
• High stealth
  • High stealth allows Cerulean to avoid detection, move in silence, and vanish from perception — even when standing in plain sight. She simply moves in silence. She can do things like move without making noise or leaving a visible trace. She can avoid most forms of detection (line of sight, sensors, magical tracking), and manipulate lighting, shadows, and angles to remain hidden.

• Invisibility
  • She can turn invisible in plain sight by using her cape to make herself invisible for as long as she wants. As such, she can avoid being detected by others. Cerulean can also avoid being caught as well. She can remain hidden as long as she wants.
• Hypnotize
  • Cerulean can hypnotize a Robloxian into doing her deeds. She could either use a swinging coin in front of them, causing them to follow the coin until they become tired and eventually hypnotized or manipulate their minds and gaslight them until they become insane and hypnotized.
• Cloning
  • She can make clones of herself to trick others while she runs off invisible. This can confuse opponents since they do not know which clone is the real Cerulean.

Timeline

Nothing much is known about her birth and childhood, but it was confirmed by her that she was born in a family who abandoned her at an orphanage. Growing up in that orphanage, she was never picked to be adopted. This made her feel jealous as all the other kids were able to be picked to be adopted. She ran away from the orphanage and hid somewhere in the sidewalk, where she would make a living by stealing money so she could afford herself food and water.

She can now afford a small apartment, but she also had to pay the rent. Therefore, she stole money so she can purchase rent.

The police tried to take her down for stealing money, but she always escaped from their sight. Years after hiding, she fled to Jailbreak County in 2018 for unknown reasons.

Life in Jailbreak County

Cerulean would arrive in Jailbreak County on January 19th, 2018, when she decided to stay a while. She makes a living here by doing the same thing: stealing cash, threatening citizens to give her some cash, and typical criminal stuff. That is when she was placed under a 100,000 Robux bounty, which increased each time she commits a crime. However, the police could not capture her due to how fast she is.

She encountered Tony, one of the biggest criminals in Jailbreak County. They had a fierce rivalry with each other as they keep on competing with each other on who gets the most cash or committing the most crimes. They overall hate each other.

After staying in Jailbreak County for years, she moved to the Tovokian Federation, but while running away from the police, she lost her right leg. During the flight to the Tovokian Federation, she still had no right leg. Upon arriving to the Tovokian Federation, she had to hop because of the incident. This is where she met Amy Chalice on February 20, 2025.

Meeting with Amy Chalice + becoming a founder

On February 20th, 2025, she stumbled upon Amy Chalice, who is constructing the headquarters of her RAR organization. They had a conversation.

[Cerulean McClain]: uhh.. hello?

[Amy Chalice]: oh! Hello.. what are you doing here? Hm..?

[Cerulean McClain]: uhhh.. my name is Cerulean McClain..! I am a criminal from bloxrazil and I escaped from the police but during that I lost my right leg..

[Amy Chalice]: how.. tragic. My name is Amy Chalice.. or should I call myself Dictator Amethyst.

[Cerulean McClain]: hello amy.. uhh I need some help..

[Amy Chalice]: ok ok.. I'll make you a prosthetic for your right leg. And would you like to be a founder for my organization?

[Cerulean McClain]: Yes! Yes.. please! Thank you Amy!

[Amy Chalice] your welcome.. Cerulean..

From that day on, she became one of the many founders of the RAR. She thanked Amy for her help. Eventualy, she got her right leg prosthetic.

Creating Project Antislop-Washing

On March 7th, 2025, Cerulean introduced Amy Chalice to Project Antislop-Washing, a project that can brainwash and cleanse a retroslopian into mindless soldiers for the RAR. Amy Chalice decided to run some tests on the project, using prisoners from the retroslop prison for this experiment. After a while, all the tests were a success. From this day on, this is how they grew the RAR empire prior to the Propaganda Department being created.

Not captured on 2025

Cerulean remained not captured in 2025.

Captured by Robloxian Immigrations and Customs Enforcement

She would be captured by the Robloxian Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (RICE) and sent to a federal prison for being associated with the Retroslop Annihilation Federation on May 1, 2026. Surprisingly, the initial sentence was for a life sentence with parole after 25 years rather than the death penalty as implied by most of the co-founders of the Retroslop Annihilation Federation. Later, the GFAH visited the federal prison after performing a lookup to reveal that Cerulean McClain, was arrested. The GFAH told the federal prison wardens on why Cerulean McClain needed to be transferred to a more secure prison. For the first time in the federal prison's history, the wardens of the federal prison recognized the GFAH and decided to allow the GFAH to visit Cerulean McClain.

When Cerulean McClain saw the GFAH and the fact the GFAH opened the prison cell doors, Cerulean McClain felt free before being handcuffed once again and taken to a courthouse. The court of the GFAH determined that the original sentence would be annulled in favor of the death penalty, and that she would be transferred to one of the most secure GFAH prisons. Later, she was sent to the death row of the federal prison. She was then informed that Dark Foxx would be executed on the same day by the sniper.

As of 2027, she and Dark Foxx were assassinated by United Nations of Furries Division GLOBAL-FAH Sniper Units who were given a contract to "retire" the RAR and ensure its immediate liquidation.
