Casselblox

Casselblox is a nationalist country in the middle of the Telamon Sea, located in the Northern Hemisphere. The Federal Constitution of Casselblox consists of and governs all sixteen states as well as its four federal territories. Roburxico is the capital city, administrative center and the largest city of Casselblox and the seat of all three legislative, judicial, and executive branches of the federal government. Casselblox shares a maritime border with Bloxanada. The country has a population of roughly 369 million, making it the 63rd most populous country.

The country is multiethnic and multicultural, half the population being Cassels, with minorities being Robloxians, Bloxanadians and others. The constitution of Casselblox also grants freedom of religion to its citizens. The government is based on the Robloxian Parliamentary System and the legal system follows the common law.

The Casselblox GDP grew at an average of 9% per annum throughout since its independence in 1891. The economy is mainly fueled by tourism but has been expanding sectors in commerce, agriculture and science.

Government and politics

Federal Constitution of Casselblox

The Federal Constitution of Casselblox (FCOC) is the supreme law in Casselblox. It came into force on July 17th, 1891 and became effective from July 23rd, 1891 onwards and was amended on 1904 to formalize the incorporation of four territories. It applies to all citizens of Casselblox including the government, prime minister, and king himself. The constitution also provides and governs a set of fundamental rights (such as freedom of speech and religion, respect in rights of education etc) which everyone including the government and president are all subjected to.

Rule of law

There are three bodies of power which serve the country:

Executive

The executive, also known as the executive branch or executive power, is led by the government. They are made up of police and army forces to enforce the law.

Legislative

The legislative is divided between state and federal legislature. The Federal Parliament makes up the legislative power, which consists of the lower house, the House of Representatives, as well as the Senate. There are 2,354 members in the house of representatives in which 376 are elected representatives who work with the 153 senators, 47 being elected by state assemblies and the remaining being appointed by the Prime Minister. Laws gone through Parliament must obtain Royal Assent by the King, and should be consistent with the constitution.

Judiciary

The judiciary is the branch of government in which judicial power is vested. It is the responsibility of the judges of the court to make way for others to ensure that the government complies by the law by judicial review and to not get influenced by other motives to ensure justice is maintained.

History

On March 11, 1547 Casselblox was founded by the Ro-British as they were reaching Bloxanada to settle.
