Caja Negros (Pronounciation: CA-ha-Neh-Grose) Is the capital city of the unrecognized county of Torture County. The city was mainly used for woodworking and coal mining before almost becoming extinct and extremely damaged by Mallories in the area that transported from Swartz Kingdom.
