With a cold heart that's filled to the brim with brutality and cruelty, or what Robloxians say "Someone who looks innocent on the outside, but rotten in the inside". Caitlyn Scottsdale (Born in July 24th, 1998). Also by her real name Lee Jin-su is a north neo-korbloxian corrupted cop at Liberty county. She began working for the river city police department on January 5th, 2018. At first glance, she seems to be a very kind, gentle and sweet police woman. But when Robloxians began to learn more about Caitlyn, she isn't what people think she is. Many Robloxians described her as corrupted, power hungry, greedy, and a narcissist. Another thing is that she arrests innocent people for no reason. And Caitlyn specifically arrests 2 known YouTubers. Shane and Brittany. But they always find a way to escape or bail out. This annoyed off Caitlyn very much. Hence why she targets them mostly.

She was also infamous for getting away with speeding, just because she was a cop, there was one time where she went 95 miles while driving at a route of 55 miles. And when confronted, she would simply say she's a cop, show her badge and get away with it. Some cops said that she was reckless driving most of time during her duties. At some point she held the police chief hostage so that he wouldn't fire her. And if he does, she will personally deal with him. Caitlyn was also reported for helping Criminals escape, for an example, she helped 4 Criminals and a criminal gang boss escape prison from the backyard as it doesn't contain any security cameras. And bribing police officers to not tell anyone if they caught her.

Caitlyn is also involved in police brutality. Reports said that she was seen hitting or attacking innocent bystanders and citizens (mostly using a baton). And at some cases it lead to hospitalisations. It stirred a lot of controversy about how she wasn't fired yet despite her heinous actions. As a result some Robloxians began to protest which escalated to riots. But as of now, Caitlyn hasn't gotten fired from the river city police department.

Caitlyn would call Shane and Brittany "The cootie couples". She also has a bone to pick with Officer Roofus. She's friends with some corrupted Robloxians. And there was one time she helped some criminals to rob a jewelry store with the help of a corrupt DOT worker. It was confirmed that the DOT worker also stole and sold Shane's Lamborghini. Overall Caitlyn is a huge threat towards citizens and can ruin the reputation of the river city police department.

• Master manipulation
  • She is a master at convincing and manipulating others into believing her. For an example, she made a cop belived that ab innocent diver is speeding with 95 miles. Even though the diver was driving below 95 miles. Another example is that she convinced a judge during trial, stating that Shane and Brittany were disrupting the peace of river city. As a result gotten the 2 YouTubers arrested for a false reason with 25 years in jail.

• Stealth
  • During her patrol, she is really good at stealth. She made her steps silent as the wind. At some point she would sneak behind a robloxian and attack them when they least expect it.

• Playing the victim/victim blaming
  • When caught by her co-workers about her corruption, she would immediately play the victim or blame another innocent citizen to avoid the consequences. And scarily enough, she's good at it. And when things don't work out, Caitlyn would throw a huge tantrum until they listen and do whatever she orders them to do.

Physical Appearance

Caitlyn is a pale skinned Robloxian with white hair (half up half down hairstyle) with pigtails. She wears a dark blue police cap with a sliver badge. She wears a police uniform with light yellow trim, white shirt with a black tie, black belt, Dark grey pants with yellow lining and black shoes. She has yellowish golden eyes. She also has a silver badge.

History

Early life before corruption

Lee jin-su was born in Pyongyang, North neo-korbloxia on July 24th 1998. Shes the daughter of Kim Do-yoon (Male) and Seo-ah (Female) who were born into the Elite society under the rule of the Kim Dynasty. Growing up. She wanted to be a police officer at Robloxia. But Lee jin-su feels trapped in north Neo-korbloxia. She just felt like she's never gonna achieve her dreams. She would usually daydream at school, thinking about her future and what she can do as a police officer when she escapes North Neo-korbloxia. At the age of 16. She decided to escape north neo-korbloxia via ship with all of her belongings.

At 12 AM. Lee jin-su began packing her things, then she snuck out of the window before running off to the beach. Where she sees a crew ship and hopped on before it took off. At some point some guards tried to shoot the ship down. But after a day. Lee jin-su made it to Robloxia, where she changed her name at the border to "Caitlyn Scottsdale" to hide her identity. She would stay at a suburban house for a while untill she was accepted at a police academy training center.

She would began training at the police academy. She met a lot of people and became friends with some. She graduated and gets a job at river city Police department at Liberty county. Where she did a pretty good job at detaining criminals. She's really nice to her co workers and genuinely honest. However that will change on late March 2022

The corruption starts

On late March of 2022. Caitlyn began to become bored of being the heroic police officer she is. She wonders if there's something she could do to cure her boredom. But she sees a group of Criminals running off after pulling a train heist. Caitlyn decided to help them escape, she drove towards them and let's them inside the car before driving off. Helping the Criminals get away with the heist. Afterwards, Caitlyn realizes that corruption was actually really fun (well, to her). So therefore she began helping Criminals escape, arresting innocent citizens, and so on.

There was even one time she committed police brutality on multiple Robloxians (usually using a baton). The police chief would've fired her but here's the catch, he was being held hostage by Caitlyn. If he ever fired her, she would personally ruin his life. Because of this, he did not want to fire her in the slightest. As a result, amount of protests and riots began to form. Angered and enraged about Caitlyn's actions. However it was dealt with thanks to the sheriff department. As a result, she gotten away with her actions

Rivalry with Shane and Brittany

On August 12th 2024. She sees Shane and Brittany, who were two famous movie directors and YouTubers, and also a couple. Caitlyn sees the opportunity to beef and ruin their lives. So she decided to pull them over when they were simply driving. Where she grabbed them out of the car and arrested them with no reason. She then drove off to the prison. Where she would throw Brittany and Shane into the cell. Before locking it shut. According to Caitlyn herself, she stated:

"They are really annoying and loud! Also very cringe if I'm gonna be honest.."

But at night in the same date. Brittany and Shane found a way to escape the prison and ran out. When Caitlyn found out, she was really pissed. Thus began her beef with Shane and Brittany. Officer Roofus included as she would yell abusive insults at him. But office Roofus doesn't understand what she's saying. She has also been reported to bribe police officers if they caught her being corrupt. She would continue to harass and arrest Shane and Brittany at all times if she ever sees them

Arresting Aaliyah

On September 6th 2025. While arresting Shane and Brittany. She saw AndroidTan's adopted child, Aaliyah. Who was throwing a tantrum for a good reason, she just saw her favorite creators getting arrested unlawfully. As a result, Caitlyn got annoyed and arrested Aaliyah was well. During Aaliyah's imprisonment, she would taunt Aaliyah cruelly, saying that she isn't AndroidTan's real child or calling her fat.

But unknown to her, AndroidTan was behind her. He recorded it and she attempt to threaten him. Until AndroidTan mentioned about Protocol K.O.S and he will legally execute her if she lays the law against him for a invalid reason.

Springfield neighborhood shooting

Recently on September 7th, 2025. Caitlyn and other corrupted Robloxians from different jobs decided it would be best to shoot up the Springfield neighborhood. So a DOT worker grabbed his truck and a firefighter worker grabbed a bunch of guns with 2-4 ammo crates. They set up the truck before driving off. Caitlyn is the one driving and playing music on the speakers whole the others are shooting at people and houses. At some point they shot at a family's home. Causing the injury of a 5 year old girl who was sitting in the kitchen.

At some point the other police department found out and tried to track them down. But Caitlyn shoots at the tires. Causing the chasing police car's to crash. They continue their shooting until they were satisfied and left. Overall there are 16 deaths and 32 injured. This tragedy made Robloxians feel scared and terrified. Making them not wanting to go outside for a long time.

Hunted by SWAT

At this point, Caitlyn had made herself an enemy of the Authority, who sent 3 SWAT Teams to deal with Caitlyn. One operative was brutally killed, having been stabbed and shot forty times when he was isolated from Bravo Squad. SWAT almost caught Caitlyn, who managed to escape by dressing up as a SWAT soldier.
