Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-108 must be contained in a locked room, 10x10 studs (9.186x9.186 feet) made with titanium-diamond plate-steel alloy, with 24/7 monitor at all time. When contact is made with RSCP-108, gloves are to be used and must be carefully moved with a steel shell to be used around 108. The portals created by RSCP-108 when in contact with electro-magnetic concentrated laser beams must be sealed immediately.
"Naturally" occurring substances of RSCP-108, and especially Luau-MD3 must be taken into a special materials center at the nearest RSCP field depot or site immediately under the guise that it is a highly radioactive and ionizing material that must be specially contained by a federal department of energy.
Description
RSCP-108 is an anomalous blue fluorescent material, mostly composed of single-layered Luau, however usually acting as an 'alloy' of other elements. RSCP-108 has been tested and it is a compound made of mostly Luau, and most isotopes appear to be made of what is designated as "Luau-MD3". With further study done, it appeared that Luau-MD3 was a large formation of single-layered Luau atoms. RSCP-108 still has unclear ability, only the following abilities and reactions have been able to be documented or 'triggered'.
Interdimensional portal creation: RSCP-108, usually as a Luau-MD3 isotope, when reacted with high powered EM frequencies and high powered machines, like spectrophotometers, may cause "portals" to create. These "portals" are usually blue or green manifestations of ball lightning that appear to cause heavy static electricity charges up to 15 seconds before manifestation. When heavy organic matter more than 14.839 kg of material collide with these "portals", they will be transported to a second 'linking' light manifestation, the location of which being in an unknown area. Only few people have been documented to have survived transportation via the portals, and these portals usually opened within 2 miles of the first portal's location. However, Foundation researchers have concluded that most portals will actually open a second one in a completely different dimension of spacetime.
[Melted, then cooled to room temperature] Anomalous organic healing (19 C): Will remain liquid, slowly cooling back into a solid. Fluorescent blue/green colour, when in contact with organic material, will either strengthen the integrity and endurance of the general area made in contact with for up to 42 hours, which may also extremely speed up healing processes and "reverse" decomposition of material up to 730% of normal time.
[Melted, then cooled to room temperature] Anomalous inorganic nutrition: When ingested by a living organism, it seems to break down slowly in the digestive system of the organism. Depending on the size, it will give multiple benefits and detriments to the organism. The following are an example of its' effects. * Seems to break down into a source of calories, sodium chloride, and traces of iron. * Tests conducted have showed psychological impact; appears to be some kind of stimulant, similar to cocaine or methamphetamines. Causes moderate to heavy hyperactivity, increased focus, but increased agitation and hostility towards others. * Increased or heavy consumption will result in liver/digestive organ failures, similar to overdosing on alcohol. * Will cause small rashes on skin, and 99.3% of tests conducted showed some form of dryness or agitation in mucous membranes, almost always the throat or mouth. * Appears to cause luminescence in the iris of the eyes, however strangely usually easy to be ignored by the subject, as if they are unable to see the light or feel it. * Extreme consumption or reliance on RSCP-108 will result in [DATA EXPUNGED]
[Melted, then applied as an adhesive to a substance, or mixed with a seperate adhesive] Adhesive usage: Strengthens the adhesive used, or forms a strong adhesive, and makes it even harder. The anomalous part is that Robloxian skin, organic fluids, and glass are unapplicable to 108. Tests conducted show that it is as hard as welded steel.
Discovery
RSCP-108's first major discoveries were documented thousands of years ago in the foothills and mountains of Central Robloxia, however current theories by the Foundation have almost proved that most isotopes of RSCP-108, especially Luau-MD3, are not naturally occurring materials that could possibly have been formed on the planet of Roblox.
RSCP-108 became a rare collectible amongst miners in the 1800s until most samples were acquired by an independent scientist, albinosquirrel444 in 1915. Squirrel referred to it as "Blue Source" as his studies confirmed it was mostly comprising of Luau, the general element that made up organic material of Roblox's biological life, and it's blue fluorescence. Squirrel attempted to prove to his colleagues that the substance he found could be revolutionary, however he was ignored. Eventually, when the Foundation was founded in 1927, Albino, now 32, became one of the first scientists to work there. He hid 108 in his office until his death in 1966. 108 was unknown to Foundation personnel until it was discovered in a locked crate with metal protection around it in 1997. It was discussed about being registered until it finally was when RSCP-108 was registered in 1999.
Addendum
As of October 31, 2021, all tests with RSCP-108 have been suspended. Any and all instances of RSCP-108 shall be destroyed or sent into a sealed containment chamber that cannot react with RSCP-108.
