Bloxy Meade (Parody of Ward Meade) is a neighborhood located in Ropeka and is also known as the "Apartment Neighborhood" due to the neighborhood being flooded with apartments. The neighborhood also includes a soccer field and grain bins.

Bloxy Meade used to be a singular street and was founded in the late 1920s.
