Bloxton Hotels

Bloxton Hotels (Formerly Hilton Hotels) is the largest hotel group on Roblox. It is co-owned by babymariobebe and Beartikal. Bloxton Hotels has over 1M+ employees (including Suspended and Hotel Guests), making it the largest hotel group on Roblox in terms of employment. It has a hierarchy structure (not in increasing salary order).

Bloxton Hotels was founded on March 13, 2016, then known as Hilton Hotels. Its current motto is "Travel should take you places". Bloxton Hotels is allied with many businesses. Hilton continues to grow at a rapid pace, with a gain of roughly from 700 to 1000 employees per day. Due to this, it won the 2017 Bloxys for the best societal corporation.

Locations on Roblox can be found on the official Bloxton website at www.bloxton.com (not real link). If the player is not an employee, they can stay as a guest.

Around late January to early February, the first Bloxton hotel was closed by the government. People speculated that the government closed the first Bloxton hotel because it allowed users to swear, created anonymous entities, had reports of rape and sexual assault, and Bloxton being a rip-off of Hilton Hotels in Earth.

Places owned

Bloxton Hotels owns places, such as the application center, training center, interview, complaint center, and principally, three hotels. The application center is now only open one day a week due to application reviewing overload.

Second Bloxton(Hilton) Hotel

In the middle of summer 2017, Hilton Hotels finished building their second hotel. In this hotel, it became a darker color, more gold instead of white. Before, guests had to go to the café to get a soda, now they can get as much soda as they want. The other activities became its own floor. This Hilton Hotel only had elevators. (A safety hazard cause, what if Hilton catches on fire).

"Hilton is now Bloxton"

On November 25, 2018, Hilton Hotels silently rebranded as ‘Bloxton Hotels’ with a new group logo including the release of alpha testing on the day of the rebrand.

Many citizens believed this name change was due to a court case named Hilton vs Roblox. In the court case, Roblox charged Hilton for copyright infringement.

It turns out, as of 2018, the corporation can not change its name nor its ticker symbol.

According to HRs and MRs represented in the court, they said they will beg ROBLOX to change the name and ticker symbol. This begging process took a whopping 21 months before Hilton Hotels' corporate name finally changed to Bloxton Hotels, which meant that all references to Hilton as a hotel chain must now point to Bloxton. The ticker symbol was changed from HLT to BXT, and the name HLT will remain unused.

Third Bloxton Hotel

On November 24, 2018, the builders of Bloxton Hotel opened up a third hotel while under construction. In addition, users who went to the hotel at that time were charged an initial premium of 500 ROBUX. The third hotel was finished in 15 days.

Hierarchy Structure

• Hotel Guests constitute the most of the population. They can be hired by attending an interview or going to the Application Center that is opened every Saturday. In order to rank up, they must attend a training.
• Honor members are only chosen by the Chairman and the Vice Chairman. They are exclusive members that have access to the VIP lounge and suites in the hotel. These members are treated exclusively by employees.
• Suspended members are employees who originally had jobs but were suspended without pay for a certain time.
• Awaiting members are employees whose applications were received and accepted, or the interview was successful. All employees must attend a training session to get out of this rank.
• Housekeepers go to the hotel and clean the floors to ensure cleanliness and tidiness using a vacuum. They may also flush toilets and turn off faucets.
• Bartenders get to serve the guests with the Food & Drinks they desire.
• Security members can arrest guests.
• Receptionists handle out rooms to guests via phone or in-person contact. There are three colors of lanes.
• Red: Guests who want to get a regular room.
• White: Guests who want to get a Suite.
• Green: Guests who want to get a Penthouse.
• Blue: Guests who want to get a Ocean Bungalow.
• Receptionists have the right to deny guests a suite or a normal room if you are in the wrong colored lane.
• Security heads can monitor security members.
• Service heads can monitor housekeeping and bartending.
• Receptionist heads can monitor receptionists.
• Managers direct all of this ^, sometimes taking over those jobs if there are no one in a certain job. They can give employment strikes (3 is a fire) and are assistants to training sessions.
• Senior managers do all of this ^, plus can report staff members for misconduct.
• Builders build the hotels. The hotel founders also fall into this class.
• Shift managers are the best staff members.
• General managers are the best shift managers.
• Directors are the best general managers. This is the highest rank one can reach in this hierarchy structure.'
