Bloxburg Valley State Route 99, commonly known as the Freno-Buenos Lagos Highway, is a south-north state highway in the Bloxburg Valley, extending along the Paradise Valley. It is a heavily traveled alternate route to Bloxburg Valley State Route 10 and is located in the most populated parts of the western part of the valley. The route passes through the cities of Fort Sapphire, Compostela, Tudela, Freno, Andol, Mercedes, Golden Valley, Buenos Lagos and Starlight City.

On 1928, this route became known as Ro-Route 99 before it was decommissioned in 1964.
As Bloxburg Valley State Route 99 (1964-present)
In 1964, Ro-Route 99 became Bloxburg Valley State Route 99.
