Bloxburg Valley Institute of Technology or Bloxtech is a private university located in Ensenada, Bloxburg Valley. It is famous for the quality of its studies in natural sciences and engineering and is considered in numerous listings as one of the best universities in Roblox.

Its main campus covers an area of 50 hectares and is located 18 km northeast of Downtown Bloxburg City. Freshmen are required to live on campus and 95% of undergraduate students remain in residence in the Bloxtech house system. Although the institution has a deep-rooted tradition of pranks, student life is governed by an honor code that allows professors to take final exams home. The university's sports team, Bloxtech Beavers, competes in thirteen intercollegiate sports in NCAA Division III, which encompasses the universities of the Southern Bloxburg Valley
2009 Shooting
On September 29th, 2009, Julian Kemper, 22, (born September 11, 1987) committed a mass shooting inside of the Bloxburg Valley Institute of Technology, killing 28 people (25 students and 3 staff members) and injuring 18 before taking his own life. Hours prior Kemper had killed his parents at his house. Kemper entered multiple classrooms and shot people at point blank range with two semi-automatic handguns (an FN Five Seven and Sig P226).
