The laws that caused the most commotion were laws 3 and 4. Law 3 allowed Bloxburg to change its name. At that time, City of Bloxburg was "Los Angelox". The name change was decided since the congress believed that the unification of the state had to be shown by the name of its largest city, Los Angelox, now Bloxburg City.
Law 4 exercised that the City of Bloxburg left its autonomy. In 1972, Bloxburg became an autonomous city that exercised its own rights without the need of the state. To avoid conflicts, the congress denied more the autonomous city permit. Los Angelox left of being an Autonomous City on January 29, 2010.
