The Bloxburg Observatory, also called by Bloxburgcians as the Coeptus Observatory, is located in Bloxburg City, Bloxburg Valley. It is located on the south side of Bloxywood and Hiva Mountain in Mount Hiva Park. It has views of Downtown Bloxburg City and Bloxywood. The observatory is a site visited by tourists and locals alike and contains a wide selection of exhibits related to the cosmos and science. It was renovated from 2006 to 2012, expanding its space. It reopened on November 3, 2012, to the public. It again closed to the public presumably prior to Independence Day 2018. It is now open to employees of the observatory.
It also serves as a building for Robloxians to relax while viewing the Bloxington Ocean.
Robloxians must take the tunnel (near Riverside Estates) in order to find The Bloxburg Observatory. When they arrive, there will be a parking lot in front of the Bloxburg Observatory, where Robloxians can park their vehicles.
The building contains seven benches outside of the building, which are built into the building itself. These benches look over the daunting cliff which Bloxburg Observatory is located over, and into the Bloxington Ocean. The Bloxburg Observatory hosts brown walls and rims, and a grey roof. The doors of the observatory used to be unlocked (2012-2018), but now they are locked (2018-present).
Currently, the Bloxburg Observatory has no purpose from a citizen's point of view other than to sit down and look at surroundings.

History
The observatory was built in 2001 and was conceived thanks to the Carmen County Construction Center. It was built to increase tourism in the city.
Coincidentally built in the Bloxywood-Hiva mountains near the Bloxywood Sign, it finally opened in 2002 but temporarily closed in 2006 until reopening in November 2012.

A giant seashell is located close to the observatory, under the Bloxington Ocean.
There is also a little model of Coeptus playing an unknown role located next to the tunnel.
Citizens could sit down by the door and get a split-second view of what is inside of the Bloxburg Observatory. They were shocked to find a great big empty space. The door was replaced so that this does not work anymore.
Robloxians can drive to the top of the mountain through the Bloxburg Observatory. All Robloxians need to do is take a left from the tunnel, and drive through a narrow space, which will eventually greet them with some hills that will take them straight to the top.
An elf was hidden on the observatory during Elf Hunt 2020 and Elf Hunt 2021.
